Wellbeing Aims – Corporate Wellbeing

Taking the stress out of stress management

It is now widely accepted that a positive and active culture of workplace health and wellbeing has a proven and positive effect on employee satisfaction, company productivity and ultimately; profitability. The benefits of being part of an organisation which prioritises the wellbeing of their employees is also a significant consideration in attracting and retaining the best talent.

At management level within many corporates, there is an acute awareness of the need to implement a wellbeing strategy. However, due to the demands of the ordinary and everyday workloads, the reality is that these considerations often get pushed to one side.

Working beside management teams Wellbeing Aims will apply this four step process:

Implement

a strategy is then devised after all the feedback and input has been assessed and is rolled out across the company. This is done slowly and with frequent communication to staff, each stage is monitored and adjusted as needed. It is vital that this be done in stages to allow everyone adjust to the change and assess which components are the most successful and, if others are less effective, then why.

Audit

this is a 360° process looking at the policies in place, the culture, expectations and requirements. Wellbeing Aims works closely with senior management to assess the business needs, the culture of the organisation as it stands, the company’s business plans and projected growth. An employee survey is also undertaken. This is done anonymously as it is vital that everyone feels able to contribute fully and honestly in order to implement and achieve the most relevant wellbeing objectives.

Measure

a timeline is set at the initial consultation phase and when it is reached information is collated on long term sick leave, absences, staff turnover, recruitment issues and company turnover. A survey is sent to employees to get their feedback and ensure that all needs and requirements are met. The results of both sets of measurements are compared and contrasted with those done at the Audit stage.

Support

as this is a ‘living’ document and therefore subject to change and adjustment Wellbeing Aims offers an ongoing support role to the company.

Wellbeing Aims is driven by a belief that small changes make big differences. We have an innate desire to teach and educate the world about healthy living and a passion for providing highly creative customised solutions to match each company’s unique culture.
