Meet Amy
My Vision
Amy set up Wellbeing Aims in response to the demand for services that look at how best to provide
for an employee’s emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
It is well understood that looking after employees is both ethically and financially sound policy but
what is not understood so well is how. A wellbeing strategy should be part of the overall business
plan and become so embedded in the organisation’s culture that it is hardly noticed. When done
well absenteeism is low, staff turnover is low, talent attraction improves, productivity improves and
the reputation of the company improves.
